Sadly, PostgreSQL 8.3 will lack the required byzantine entangled
layers of Java, C#, SOAP and round-cornered AJAX goodness which are
this week's /sine qua non/ of Enterprisiness.

On the bright side, it's got useful new features and new hooks for
creating even more useful new features :)
