No corres riesgo de estropear la data, pero si lleva tanto tiempo
haciendolo yo sospecharia que no esta bien. Por que estas usando -f?
Hace cuanto tiempo que no lo hacias? Cuantos indices tiene la tabla?
Que version de Postgres estas usando?
