Summary: ODBC logging not working in Windows Vista with UAC on

Initial Comment:
To reproduce:

1. Turn loggin ON in driver.
2. Run driver in Windows Vista with User Account Control (UAC) turned ON.

Observed:

error: communication error message.

Expected:

driver should create log file in some place where Vista allows to write and should not return error.

This error occurs since Vista does not allow to write to C:\ directory.
