1.6.3 install issues
Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS release 4
the os base includes libxml2-2.6.16-6 and trying to install
libxml2-2.6.18 conflicts with some base files:
# rpm -i libxml2-2.6.18-1.i386.rpm

is there a workaround?
