Your code assumes
ARRAY[ARRAY['myns', 'myns2'], ARRAY['http://example.com', 'http://example2.com']]
Shouldn't it be
ARRAY[ARRAY['myns', 'http://example.com'], ARRAY['myns2', 'http://example2.com']]
?
