A wide-ranging discussion of VACUUM and MVCC has resulted in a change
to the TODO list, namely "Reuse index tuples that point to heap tuples
that are not visible to anyone?"

The conference will include announcements and demos of more than 8
brand-new PostgreSQL add-ons and features. Sponsors include Afilias,
EnterpriseDB, Greenplum, Pervasive, Skype and Sun.

using tools like DTrace.

licensing was unclear. Two of them may be under by the GPL and one
was of unknown copyright. The GPL components are being removed, and
the Michael Meskes cleared up the ownership of the latter piece of
code.

major concern is the current lack of a consistent Cygwin buildfarm
member.
