I have few experiences with ODBC on *nix boxes.
Is it ok to mix odbc.ini and odbcinst.ini (Driver option)?
I have Yes and No instead of 1 and 0 (but it couldn't be the problem).
I have Username with small "n" inside the word.
Debug and Trace are ok. I'm not sure if DebugFile is ok.
You may find debug file in /tmp/*mylog*.
