test=# create table tbl1 (x int, y int);
CREATE TABLE
test=# insert into tbl1 select 1,1 union select 2,2 union select 3,3;
INSERT 0 3
test=# select * from tbl1 ;
x | y
---+---
1 | 1
2 | 2
3 | 3
(3 rows)

It is not possible but is on the TODO list. You can put multipe inserts
in a single transaction if you want.
