See "Migration to version 8.0.3" in the 8.0.3 Release Notes, which
has a link to the procedure in the 7.4.8 Release Notes:

http://www.postgresql.org/docs/8.0/static/release.html#RELEASE-8-0-3
http://www.postgresql.org/docs/8.0/static/release-7-4-8.html

I seem to recall somebody saying they had trouble restoring tsearch2
functions so they made corrections to those functions in the dump
file; check the list archives to see if there was discussion about it.
