The current links for the "latest version" point you to source builds which
are likely to do win32 users zero bit of good and are most likely the first
path thier going to try to use to get the download. I think we should change
those links to say

Latest Releases
8.0.1 <source> <win32>
7.4.7 <source>
7.3.9 <source>

with links pointing directly to the proper locations. Given that that win32
has made up about 1/2 our downloads, I have no problems giving them a little
extra love on the main page.... but if folks really want to discuss it, we
ought to take a straw poll on -advocacy

Which brings me up to another issue... can we get some definitive statement
from -core that they want the 7.3.9 release up their? They should be setting
the tone for our supported versions, not us.
