There was a lot of interesting discussion on -hackers this week,
including the perennial one about development schedules.
Evgen Potemkin (did he have a battleship?) sent a patch against 7.3.4
to implement SQL:99 hierarchical queries. Please help bring it up to
date for 8.1 and SQL:2003.
