I have troubles installing postgresql on a machine
that´s part of a windows domain.
When i try to install it as a service the installation
stops. after a little while.
If i try to install it "not as a service", it install,
but when i connect to the server:
An error has ocurred:
could not connect to server: Connection
refused(0x0000274D/10061)
Is the server running on host "127.0.0.1" and
accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432?
