Actualmente, hay una version que corre bajo Cygwin. Sirve,
commandprompt.com lo recomienda y vende soporte, pero ojo que el maximo
de conexiones debes ponerlo en 25. Con mas que eso se marea, segun
dicen.
Lo otro es la version nativa de Windows que esta en beta. Mira en
http://developer.postgresql.org creo que hay un snapshot que te puede
servir ...
