Ciertamente. Claro que para manejar excepciones, se necesita un
mecanismo para poder volver al estado imperante justo antes de la
condicion de error. Esto es algo que no existe aun en Postgres, aunque
se rumorea que se ofreció $$$ para que se desarrolle.
