Greetings,
I recently installed postgresql 7.3.4. I tried creating, dumping and
restoring a small database in 7.3.4 and it worked successfully.
Today however I tried restoring some databases I had backed up using pg_dump
some months ago with PostgreSQL7.2.1. The databases were backed up using
pg_dump with default settings. I had used pg_dump and pg_restore
frequently with version7.2.1. I am now however unable to restore the
database(s) in 7.3.4. I receive the error '[archiver] could not open input
file". Typically the input file is a text file.
Help would be appreciated.
Yours sincerely
SX
