Folks,

Just a "heads up": David W. has discovered that the recent Apache 1.3.28
causes mod_perl 1.28 + PostgreSQL to be extremely flaky. No doubt the Apache
team will fix this in the next release (David has already contacted them),
but in the meantime if you have a mod_perl + PostgreSQL application, you do
*not* want to upgrade to Apache 1.3.28.
