The following may be of interest to those involved with the Win32
PostgreSQL port:

Both Cygwin and cygipc were recently enhanced to properly handle the
multiple kernel object namespaces introduced by XP's Fast User Switching
feature. It is likely that Win32 PostgreSQL will have to do something
similar.
