I currently have PostgreSQL running fine on WinXP.
But the createlang command is having problems:
$ createlang plpgsql template1
basename: not found
/usr/bin/createlangpsql: not found
:external error
What could possibly be going on? strange that cygwin
is spitting out "createlangpsql: not found" when I
didn't type that. I typed "createlang".
Any suggestions?
