Roderick van Domburg (r(dot)s(dot)a(dot)vandomburg(at)student(dot)utwente(dot)nl) reports a bug with a severity of 1
The lower the number the more severe it is.

Short Description
postgresql fails to build on FreeBSD/sparc64

Long Description
Building postgresql from ports on a sparc64 fails with the following error message. Both postgresql7 (7.2) and postgresql-devel (7.3) suffer from the same problem. Compiling with either -O3 or -O doesn't seem to matter.

System: FreeBSD stud187236.mobiel.utwente.nl 5.0-CURRENT FreeBSD 5.0-CURRENT #1: Wed Jan 1 14:28:39 GMT 2003 roderick(at)stud187236(dot)mobiel(dot)utwente(dot)nl:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/STUD187236
