Be more specific with your question, what exactly are You trying to do ?
Did you ment PL/PSQL script (stored procedure) , or You are asking about
interfaces to PostgreSQL ?

I suppose the right place to ask questions like that would be
psql-general(at)postgresql(dot)org, not to hackers.
