I'm having problems getting a Postgres ODBC connection working under linux

It keeps saying:

[unixODBC][Driver Manager]Data source name not found, and no default driver specified
[ISQL]ERROR: Could not SQLConnect

I can get a MySQL ODBC connection working so I think the general setup is okay

I'm using the packages (including unixODBC) that comes with Redhat 7.3
