I doubt you will ever get a reliable solution if you compile PHP on a Windows
machine. Microsoft solutions are still not stable.
The best way is to install PHP from RPMs under LInux. Maybe you can have a
look at http://www.rpmfind.net. Alternatively, visit this address :
