Were you able to add plruby ?
Can you add plruby to PostgreSQL Documentation ?

I think that Ruby is more popular than Python in Japan.
Next Web page easily explains an outline of Ruby.
http://www-4.ibm.com/software/developer/library/ruby.html
or
http://www.informit.com/matter/art0000016/

And I introduced Ruby interface for PostgreSQL with pgsql-interfaces.
I would like add 'Ruby interface' to your list, too.

Ruby:
http://www.ruby-lang.org/en/

plruby:
http://www.ruby-lang.org/en/raa-list.rhtml?name=PL%2FRuby

Ruby interface for PostgreSQL:
http://www.ruby-lang.org/en/raa-list.rhtml?name=postgres

Noboru Saitou.
