I just checked. There is a dll - libpq.dll-6.5.1 (not
6.5.3 - the version of postgres I am using)
I still need the corresponding .lib file . A utility
which generates it would solve this problem, provided
the dll is compatible with postgresql v6.5.3, but I'm
not aware of such a utility.
