Somewhere, somehow, the last characters of some (but not all) tables' names are dropped, causing the cluster command to fail, i.e.:

switchboard=> create index jobscoresidx on jobscores(jobnum);
CREATE
switchboard=> cluster jobscoresidx on jobscores;
ERROR: Relation jobscore Does Not Exist!
