Hello,
Having installed postgreSQL v 6.4 on my computer, I can't get psql to
run, also having trawled the instructions for help the few bits of WIN32
relevant documentation are not very helpful, anyway could you please
point me in the right direction.
The path is working fine, but psql just keeps sating can't connect to
DB.
H/W. PII 300MHz
O/S Win'95
Version of PostgreSQL: 6.4
