Problem Description:

The build fails in the directory

postgresql-6.4.2/src/interfaces/ecpg/preproc

with the error

"pgc.l": line 53: Error: missing translation value

Solution:
---------
The build succeeds if I use GNU flex instead of lex. I did
investigate any further.
