The web page, under NEWS says about 6.4.1:

Tue Dec 22, 1998 - PostgreSQL v6.4.1 Released. This release is a
maintenance release. There have been no features added to it, only fixes
against v6.4. If you are having problems, please download and install
v6.4.1 before reporting any bugs. If you aren't having any problems,
there is no reason to download/install this version.

I recommend everyone upgrading to 6.4.1, even if they have not seen
problems. I think they will see problems at some point, and the upgrade
does not require a lot of work. The big fixes are:

EXPLAIN VERBOSE coredump fix(Vadim)
Fix shared-library problems on Linux
Fix a couple of pg_dump bugs
OR WHERE clause fix(Vadim)
Fix for lo_import() crash(Bruce)
