Postgres 6.4 binary RPM for RH 5.1?

Since there have been a few recommendations to upgrade to 6.4, I have
few questions about it:

* How long has it been out / how stable is it?

* Is there a Redhat 5.1 RPM image available for it? I don't see one on
the RPM repository I usually check. (6.3.2 looks like the latest on
Rufus.w3.org)
