I am trying to upgrade from 6.1 to 6.3.2 and have the following concerns:

1-I cannot get the 6.3.2 pg_dump facility to work with my 6.1 database.

2-If I need to migrate incrementally (I've been told I don't need to do
this) where can I find 6.2. I understand that 6.2 pg_dump does not core
dump.

3-Is there a patch for the 6.1 pg_dump and can I use a patched version
to create my reload file?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
