Lists: pgsql-hackers

I have generated new, more consistent template names:

CVS/ generic sco
aix_325 hpux_cc solaris_i386_cc
aix_41 hpux_gcc solaris_i386_gcc
aix_gcc irix5 solaris_sparc_cc
alpha linux_alpha solaris_sparc_gcc
bsdi_2.0 linux_i386 sunos4_cc
bsdi_2.1 linux_sparc sunos4_gcc
bsdi_3.0 netbsd svr4
dgux nextstep ultrix4
freebsd openbsd univel

linux is gone, replaced by linux_i386. The others are just renamed to
be more consistent. /template/.similar was also updated.
