What has our cvsweb.cgi recently lost its colors? It has made it almost
completely unusable. Example:
http://developer.postgresql.org/cvsweb.cgi/pgsql/src/backend/utils/misc/postgresql.conf.sample.diff?r1=1.195;r2=1.196;f=h
