PostgreSQL@SCaLE24x CfP closing soon on Nov 1, 2027

Hi folks!

We're hosting a PostgreSQL track at SCaLE again — come join us in sunny Pasadena!

[PostgreSQL(at)SCaLE](https://www.socallinuxexpo.org/scale/24x/special-event/postgresqlscale) is a two-day event on Thursday–Friday, April 1–2, 2027, at the Pasadena Convention Center, part of [SCaLE 24x](https://www.socallinuxexpo.org/scale/24x/) (April 1–4).

The program brings together PostgreSQL core contributors, long-time community leaders, and professionals running Postgres in production to share practical, experience-driven knowledge. Sessions cover how PostgreSQL works, how to operate it reliably at scale, and how to use it well in modern systems — from foundational operations through advanced internals and large-scale deployments.

* Database administrators (DBAs)
* Backend, web, and full-stack developers
* Sysadmins and site reliability engineers
* Platform, cloud-native, and Kubernetes practitioners
* Anyone running PostgreSQL in production or at home

## What to expect

* **PostgreSQL training** — one Thursday track dedicated to full-day training led by experienced PostgreSQL educators and practitioners.
* **Technical talks** — internals, performance, replication, reliability, tooling, and modern workloads including AI and cloud-native environments.
* **Community engagement** — direct access to contributors and experienced operators, including an Ask Me Anything (AMA) session.
