Description:
Базу 'test' , создаваемую в docker-compose командой POSTGRES_DB, не видят
другие контейнеры. Видят только после ручного создания базы 'test'. Причем
создаются две базы 'test'.
The 'test' database created in docker-compose with the POSTGRES_DB command
cannot be seen by other containers. They see it only after manually creating
the 'test' database. And two bases of 'test' are created.
