I did find two pitfalls in the NT-compilation:

a) in "include\config.h" "HAVE_UNION_SEMUN" should be defined as 1, the configure-script left it undefined.

b) The cygnus-bindir has to be placed in path befor the NT-directories, especially the sort.exe has to be take for cygnus, not NT

Especially b) results in an small note in the right place (unknown parameter for sort) and an error-stop later.
