Not yet (for RDS, anyway), but I've played with AQO on the Join Order
Benchmark and I was very impressed. The version I was using required a very
'hands on' user (me, in this case) to participate in the training phase.
Usability issues aside, AQO worked remarkably well. I think it has a lot of
potential.
