Constantly for the last few weeks :-(

I've complained to Marc about it already, without response. Fairly
soon I shall have to put a spam-filter on pgsql-committers,
which is not a step I like to take.

(Peter E. has disavowed all knowledge of the problem. But since every
case I've seen has included "To: petere(at)postgresql(dot)org", I have to guess
that the cause is some interaction between his local mail setup on
postgresql.org and the virus filtering that Marc uses for the lists.)
