Hello, Boris,

One more thing I missed in my previous post:
there is no documentation for the new modes (-c, -U, -M, -S).
Please add descriptions for them in doc/src/sgml/pgbench.sgml
(similar to the existing options).

As soon as the rebase and documentation update are completed,
the patch will be ready for final review.
