Any ideas what shortcut keys you would like? I have six items:

* Refresh (Ctrl-R?)
* Copy query (Ctrl-Shift-C)
* Cancel query (Ctrl-R?)
* Terminate backend (Suppr?)
* Commit prepared transaction
* Rollback prepared transaction
