postgresql 9.1.4 ve Npgsql2.0.11.94 kullanıyoruz, yani herşey güncel.
Verdiğiniz linklere göre bu buglar fix edilmiş (?)
Ben npgsql mail grubuna yazayım.

Erdinc bey, authentication_timeout ise default değerinde yani 1 dakikada.
