DB'den kopma

Merhabalar,

internette bayağı arattım ama somut bir sonuça varamadım.

Aşağıdaki log'dan da anlşılacağı üzere birden bir hata oluşmuş ve DB'ye bağlantı kopmuş. Bunun sebebi ne olabilir?
