You need the LD_LIBRARY_PATH variable. Try "export
LD_LIBRARY_PATH="/opt/PostgreSQL/9.0/pgAdmin3/lib", and then
"/opt/PostgreSQL/9.0/pgAdmin3/bin/pgadmin3".
