Why this is the perfect time to jump to PostgreSQL with Oracle's
purchase of MySQL.

Licensing

Lack of fragmentation in the OSS space (unlike MySQL)

First class enterprise support (HS/SR/Partitioning/Functions/Recursive
Queries)
