service

I have followed this
guide to install
postgresql with
cygwin:

And try everything
there is in it ...

Hi,

when I'm trying to
init my database
(with initdb), it
says me:

creating template1
database in
/usr/share/postgresql/data//base/1...
FATAL: semctl(17,

Invalid argument

initdb: failed

I've this system
configuration:
Windows XP Pro
service Pack 1

can someone explain
me what I've to do
to fix this ?
