Attached is a 7.2.4 dump (loads without error) and a 7.4 dump (loads
with error).

Create user "rbt" prior to loading either.

Creation of the database was done by:

rbttest=# create table tab (col integer);
CREATE
rbttest=# grant all on tab to public;
GRANT
