Re: howto to do an automated backup on windows xp?

here's what i'm doing on a daily basis on our w2k3 server:

for each db:
"C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\8.0\Bin\pg_dump" -Fc -Z 5 -U sa -f
e:\backup\somedbname.db somedbname

this works fine once you change localhost access in pg_hba.conf from "md5"
to "trust"
