Hi Jean-Michel,

The binary version is very stable, and easy to install (far more so than
the Cygwin). Download from
ftp://209.61.187.152/postgres/postgres_beta4.zip.

It is 7.2.1 though, so you will have dummy public schema in pgAdmin.
