There are several replication projects underway that can provide varying levels of functionality - by utilizing one of these, you could have a 'cluster', but it would not be the same functionality as you would get from a comercial cluster such as Oracle...

see the /contrib folder for several of these projects, and search the archive of the mailing list for the recent discusions.
