Run 'rpm -qf /usr/lib/libpq.so.2' please. My gut feel is that you didn't
grab the postgresql-libs package, and that the libpq.so.2 you have are from
the previous postgresql install, which the rpm -U is going to remove.
Be sure to do a dump before upgrading!
