RV: Stalled post to pgsql-es-ayuda

CREATE DATABASE coi_final_vina
WITH OWNER = postgres
ENCODING = 'LATIN1'
TABLESPACE = pg_default
CONNECTION LIMIT = -1;

Hice un update pg_database set encoding=8 where datname='mibd';

Pero aun asi no funciona

Ayuda por favor
